The primary asset we as project developers offer is our expertise and our specialized know-how. As a group ourselves, we are also specialized in dealing with group dynamics.
Philosophy
Our office has been located at Oranienplatz in the Berlin district of Kreuzberg since 2003, focusing primarily on the areas of advising, conceptualization and supervision of the details involved in the building process. Our job is to tailor cohousing projects to the needs of the respective group, and we work with the future inhabitants of a space as closely as possible.Focus
We accompany cohousing groups in their endeavors all the way from the first seeds of an idea until the time comes for the group to move in. Our main emphases include community-oriented living, renewable energy sources, sociocultural institutions and the conversion of pre-existing buildings. Carla Ruddigkeit
is an architect with a lot of experience with cohousing projects. On the way to the realization of a self-organized building project she mediates and keeps track of the necessary steps
Margarete Milosz
is an architect and member of the Chamber of Architects, specializing in project management.
She ensures that all technical participants and trades work together effectively in order to

is an architect and real estate market expert with creative know-how for the realization of living wishes.
