Supervising the construction process/Coordinating the finances and construction timeline

The beginning of the construction phase marks the point at which the overall picture needs to take priority. The interdependent target dates within the overall construction schedule have to be coordinated; negotiations with government offices, planners and building companies have to be carried out; invoices have to be checked and double-checked. In agreement and close cooperation with you, in the interests of helping you coordinate it all, we assume the role of the Bauherr during the entirety of the construction phase, representing your interests to the parties involved in building your new home.

The following is a detailed outline of what we offer:

• Budgeting and supervision in terms of project costs
• Processing invoices and taking care of payment issues
• Preparing and fine-tuning contracts with planners, construction companies, tenants, etc.
• Group facilitation and moderation, conflict management (for co-housing projects)
• Contract management
• Full coordination of all parties involved in the planning
• Advising on fundamental legal and taxation questions
• Discussing and representing your interests to government offices involved
• Drawing up the final accounting balance
