In the framework of applying for the Insel am Tegeler Fließ, the group "Gemeinsam leben und wohnen in Berlin" contracted a study on this property and others for the construction and conversion via a cohousing project. In the framework of the feasibility study, basic data on city and urban planning were ascertained, deriving further data for the group and the construction. Unfortunately, the property could not be acquired when the time came for the property to be awarded.
