BAWAMM

This expansive co-housing project with 60 living units is to be built very close to Görlitzer Park and Treptower Park. The project is marked by its community-oriented goals. In one of the project's most special features, it is nestled alongside the former railway embankment that today serves as a greenery-filled pathway connecting the Stadtpark around the old Görlitzer Bahnhof (Kreuzberg) with the Plänterwald and the eastern stretch of the Spree River.
